Unable to Login as Expert
Symptoms
- No access to the SPHAIR App
- Error Message stating that you are registered with another login
Troubleshooting Guide
- Create a new ticket and explain that you are experiencing this issue.
- The IT department will resend you an onboarding code.
- Follow the instructions in the onboarding email (visit Onboarding-Link, Login with FEDLOGIN, CH or AGOV-Login and enter code from email)
