Unable to Login as Expert

Symptoms

  • No access to the SPHAIR App
  • Error Message stating that you are registered with another login

Troubleshooting Guide

  1. Create a new ticket and explain that you are experiencing this issue.
  2. The IT department will resend you an onboarding code.
  3. Follow the instructions in the onboarding email (visit Onboarding-Link, Login with FEDLOGIN, CH or AGOV-Login and enter code from email)
